Returning Your Defective Product
   
Complete RMA Number Request Form
  First obtain a valid RMA number for your return request using this form.
   
Print Confirmation Page
  Print the RMA Number confirmation page so that you can include it with your return. This is very important - if you do not include this page, your return cannot be processed.
   
Pack Defective Product Carefully and Securely
  Pack the defective item in the original packaging. If this is not available, substitute a cardboard box and sufficient shock dampening material such as shipping peanuts.
   
Enclose Original Receipt and RMA Confirmation Page
  Enclose the original order receipt or a copy of the original receipt. A printout of the original email receipt is also acceptible. Also be sure to enclose the RMA confirmation page with the package. Your return cannot be processed without both of these enclosures.

We Will Send An Email Once the Package Is Received
  Once the package has been received and processed, we will send you an email to inform you that it has been received and is in processing. We will ship the replacement as soon as possible. When the item ships, we will also email you a tracking number.
